Senda Fender Australia provides marine fender products and related services including sales, installation, and repairs. All products are manufactured to high standards; however, specifications may vary based on customisation requirements.
- Product images are representative and may differ slightly from delivered items
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Custom orders are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual quote or invoice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Installation
Installation services are subject to site assessment and accessibility. The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation site. Additional charges may apply for difficult access or travel beyond the Gold Coast metropolitan area.
5. Warranty
Senda Fender Australia warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental impact beyond normal docking
- Normal wear and tear including carpet fading due to UV exposure
- Modifications made by third parties
- Damage caused by extreme weather events or natural disasters
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Senda Fender Australia's liability for any claim arising from our products or services shall be limited to the replacement of the product or re-supply of the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
